PBA: Solidarity in Action Project Started in Primorsko, Bulgaria
The first day of the "PBA: Solidarity in Action" Partnership Building Activity, hosted in Primorsko, Bulgaria, successfully concluded with dynamic sessions dedicated to connection, mutual learning, and organizational growth. Participants from partner organizations gathered to align their expectations and set common goals for the upcoming ESC initiatives.
The program began with an interactive welcome energizer designed to break the ice and create an inclusive environment. During the initial sessions, participants explored their fears, expectations, and contributions while diving deep into the core values of the European Solidarity Corps. The discussion highlighted the transition from traditional volunteering to impactful solidarity actions across Europe.
In the afternoon, the focus shifted toward sustainable youth work practices. Special attention was given to Mental Health & Wellbeing in Youth Work, providing attendees with practical insights on supporting project participants and project managers alike. The day concluded with dedicated Partnership Building networking moments, where organizations began identifying common ground for future joint projects.
The project will continue over the coming days with workshops focused on green practices, digital transformation, and inclusive project design.
