In an age of fast life and digital fatigue, Fit for Life invites young people to reconnect with what makes us feel alive, movement, music, friendship, and culture. This 8-day Erasmus+ youth exchange will combine the sport, folk dance, art, and mental well-being activities in a fun, multicultural environment. Together, we will explore how staying active and creative helps us feel happier, more confident, and more connected to one another.
We would be pleased to welcome up to 4 participants aged 15-25 and 1 group leader with no age limit from your country.

Fit for Life E-Magazine Now Available!
We are pleased to announce the publication of the "Fit for Life Erasmus+ Youth Exchange E-Magazine"
The project brought together 45 young people from eight countries in Fethiye, Türkiye, to explore healthy lifestyles, mental well-being, inclusion, intercultural learning, and active citizenship.
The magazine presents the project journey through photos, activities, participant reflections, and key learning outcomes.
