This Partnership Building Activity (PBA) is inviting ESC Coordinators to gather for a 5-days seminar to build strong networks in between them while sharing good practices within their field of youth work and youth mobilities and discovering common challenges and possibilities for them as ESC coordinators. The main objectives and long-term goals are to improve the quality in youth work and establish a new informal network between participating ESC-coordinators after the seminar.
 
The seminar programme focuses on four major pillars: Mental Health, AI & Digitalization, Green Practices, and Social Inclusion. By integrating these topics, participants will explore how to combine them to enhance the quality of their projects and streamline their partnership-building strategies. Through a variety of interactive sessions including get-to-know-you activities, reflection workshops, and dedicated sessions on ESC Quality Standards participants will exchange insights, share success stories, and identify best practices that drive excellence in youth mobilities.
 
The highlight of the programme is a collaborative workshop where participants will develop and present guidelines for our informal network, ultimately creating a shared toolbox for qualitative partnership building. This resource will serve as a practical guide for high-quality youth work management, ensuring that all future initiatives meet the highest professional standards.
 
With this combination of themes and activities, participants will gain multidisciplinary knowledge and skills for establishing their own innovative “Mental-Green-AI Network” for ESC and Youth Mobilities at the end of the seminar. This network - and the overall approach behind it - can help the ESC coordinators in their future work, ensuring long-term quality in their youth work, and improving the capacities of their future partnerships. Ultimately, it can inspire others to lead the way for a more inclusive, sustainable, and innovative youth sector for all.
