System&Generation has announced temporary operational arrangements due to the traffic and security measures that will be implemented in Ankara during the NATO Summit.
Between 6 July and 12 July 2026 (inclusive), the organization’s office will not provide in-person services, as road closures and transportation restrictions are expected to affect access to the premises.
Throughout this period, all coordinators will continue their work remotely, ensuring that communication, coordination, and administrative support remain available through online channels.
System&Generation has also confirmed that all volunteers will be considered to be on administrative leave during the above-mentioned dates. Regular office activities and face-to-face services will resume once normal operating conditions are restored following the conclusion of the temporary measures.
The organization appreciates the understanding and cooperation of its volunteers, partners, and stakeholders and remains committed to maintaining effective communication throughout the remote working period.
