From 1st to 7th of September in Vilanova I la Gertru, Spain, S&G representatives Aleksandra Lyutskanova and Sena Ugurtayjoined the Erasmus+ seminar "Equal Volunteering Opportunities for All".
The topics of the seminar included - volunteering, equal inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities, Non violent communication, active listening, volunteering management and discrimination.
The seminar provided great opportunity for the participants to exchange ideas, methods and good practices implemented in their organization. The seminar joined together 24 youth workers from 18 organisations, coming from 15 countries all around Europe.
Soon the output of the project I - advocacy paper on volunteering will be completed and shared with relevant stakeholders.
