ESC Volunteering project in forest club
Lesní rodinný klub Kalužníček (forest family club) is a small kindergarten and one of the first outdoor kindergartens in Czech Republic. It has max. 18 children per day (from 3 to 7 years old). There are 5 employed guides (usually 2 per day). The base of the forest club is located near Lomnička (3km from Tisnov), and it is next to a river and a forest.The emphasis of this kindergarten's approach is learning through natural situations in outdoor's environment.
Participant Profile:
-Able to be outside for most of the day no matter
-The weather conditions
-Good level of English
-Enthusiastic and excited to work with kids
-Ideally stay for a year
