Participants are wanted for a 6-month ESC volunteering project to be carried out with the "Il Ce.Sto" association in Genova, led by the P.E.CO organization. The project includes working with children and young people at risk of social exclusion, providing educational support, and organizing cultural activities and leisure time initiatives. In your daily routine, you will organize social animation activities and games for children and teenagers, and conduct various workshops and sports activities. At the same time, you will contribute to the development of children by providing after-school tutoring support and will assist in the organization process of cultural events held in special areas such as Luzzati Garden.
We are looking for candidates between the ages of 20-30 who love working with children and youth, and who can remain patient and solution-oriented in challenging situations. For volunteers who are eager to work in a multicultural environment and ready to live in Genova for 6 months, rights such as accommodation in a fully equipped shared apartment, a daily pocket money of 6€, food allowance, and reimbursement of travel expenses are provided.
