Project Details:
Duration: 7 months, from mid-October 2025 to mid-May 2026.
Objective: To support and enhance a learning community in Portugal.
Location: Rua Cruz de Vilar, Caldas de Vizela, Portugal.
Volunteer Duties: Plan, organize, and support educators in artistic and pedagogical activities with children. The volunteer will also supervise outdoor activities and daily routines, and facilitate games and other activities.
Volunteer Profile:
We are seeking one volunteer between
18 and 30 years old.
From a European country.
With a strong interest in Portugal.
Preferably with experience or studies in theater, dance, or other artistic expressions.
Proficiency in English (or Spanish) is preferred for communication.
What the program offers:
Accommodation in a shared house with a single room.
Vegetarian meals provided for lunch at MAWU.

Health insurance.
A local mentor and language support with Portuguese lessons.
Travel expenses reimbursement, up to the maximum amount allowed by the European Solidarity Corps rules.
