We are offering a six-month volunteering position to join our project "Brot del Sud", focused on organic farming, sustainability, and community work.

Roquetes (Tarragona), Spain
Volunteering activities:
* Field and office support: Collaborate with social workers in promoting the “Brot del Sud” project, organize presentations, and assist in local workshops and environmental exchanges.
* Fairs and events: Represent RO in talks, solidarity fairs, and other public events to raise awareness of the project and its activities.
* Networking: Help organize up to 6 local activities together with other ESC volunteers, such as food collections, solidarity campaigns, or clean-up days, fostering collaboration with local organizations and the community.
* Personal project: Design, present, develop, and evaluate a personal initiative with the support of our organization.
* Training and skill-sharing: Take part in free non-formal education trainings and share your own skills or knowledge when possible.
* Maintenance tasks: Assist in maintaining the indoor/outdoor spaces and help care for the organic garden under the supervision of RO's technician, for the benefit of the group and the project.
Financial conditions:
* Travel, accommodation, and food expenses are fully covered by the ESC program.
* Volunteers will also receive a monthly allowance as pocket money.
