💡 What will you do? The "Team Building" youth exchange is designed to help you understand group dynamics and improve your ability to work in diverse environments.

 

Your tasks and learning goals will include:

  • Understanding the stages of group development and different team roles.

  • Developing awareness of intercultural communication and the importance of trust.

  • Improving communication, cooperation, and problem-solving skills.

  • Practicing conflict resolution, leadership, and shared responsibility.

  • Disseminating project information to your local community via social media.

 

🎁 What you get

  • 💶 Food & Accommodation: Fully covered and arranged by the hosting organization.

  • 🏠 Special Feature: The village is famous for mineral water swimming pools, so remember your swimsuit.

  • ✈️ Travel costs: Reimbursed based on the Erasmus+ distance calculator. For example, Spain is eligible for up to €395 (non-green) or €535 (green travel).

  • 📚 Additional support includes:

    • Pick-up service from the bus station in Razlog.

    • On-site support from the International Initiatives for Cooperation (IIC) team.

👤 Who can apply?

  • Young people aged 16+ (no age limit for the group leader).

  • 5 participants per partner organization (2 girls, 2 boys, and 1 leader).

  • Individuals with a level of English that allows for active involvement.

  • Motivated participants who are committed to all planned activities and respect the no-hate-speech policy.

     

⚠️ Practical Info:

  • Currency: As of 1 January 2026, the official currency of Bulgaria is the Euro (€).

  • Sustainable Travel: For distances under 500 km, low-emission transport is mandatory.

  • Health: All participants must have health insurance and are strongly encouraged to bring a European Health Insurance Card.
