A. Applying for any of the projects that S&G is already partner
 

  1.    Check at S&G website for ONGOING OPEN CALLS 

  2.    Send your CV and Motivation Letter at evswithsystemandgeneration@gmail.com by stating in 'subject' part,the title of the project that you are applying for. You may go through THIS LINK and check tips on  how to write a good motivation letter  

  3.    Being selected for the project
     
  4.    Signing Internal Agreement (to be signed by Supporting Organization- volunteer- Hosting Organization)
     
  5.    Getting enrolled in Cigna (The health Insurance Company provided by EU for all ESC volunteers)
     
  6.    Starting visa procedures (when applicable). HO and SO should provide with Invitation and Support letter to facilitate the approval.
     
  7.    Getting appoinment, submitting visa application and having your Visa approved
     
  8.    Pre- Departure Training (to be held in our offices. For youngtsers not resident of Ankara, to be held virtually)
     
  9.    Getting your travel ticket and starting your ESC Journey

 

B. Applying throgh the ESC Portal
 

  • Visit EUROPEAN SOLIDARITY CORPS PORTAL, search and find the project that best fits your interests.
  • Apply directly through the portal or send your application to the Hosting Organization by stating that S&G is your Supporting Organization in Turkey. This will facilitate the process.

   Steps from '3' to '9' above-mentioned in Section 1, remain the same.

 

P.S- For both cases, each individual should register, create an account and obtain Personal Reference Number. This is the only way to match you with your project on the portal.
