Within the scope of the VoluMent Project, we continue to promote the culture of volunteering through local visits and networking events in Fethiye. Our project participants met with local institutions to share international opportunities.
Fethiye Faculty of Health Sciences Visit
Our project participants gathered with students at the Fethiye Faculty of Health Sciences to introduce volunteering models and opportunities in their respective countries. Through S&G, students had the chance to interact directly with our international partners, receiving firsthand answers to their questions. This session served as a key dissemination activity for the VoluMent project and opened new doors for students’ personal and professional growth.
Future Collaboration with FETAV and FETEM
During our visit to the Fethiye Tourism Promotion and Education Foundation (FETAV) and FETEM, significant steps were taken for the sustainability of the VoluMent project. While discussing future cooperation with our partner organizations, a preliminary agreement was reached regarding the upcoming Children's Festival in May, organized by Fethiye Municipality and FETAV. Our volunteers are expected to support the festival through various workshops and activities.
