The project encourages participants to reconnect with nature, share diverse perspectives on mental health, and co-create innovative approaches to youth well-being that are inclusive, culturally sensitive, and sustainable. Through experiential learning, reflection, and exchange, participants will strengthen their capacity to promote healthier lifestyles, open dialogue, and mutual support among young people.
In a time when young people across Europe face growing challenges related to mental health, stress, and emotional resilience, the role of youth workers has never been more vital. “Grounded Across Cultures” is an international Erasmus+ seminar that aims to empower youth work professionals to promote mental well-being through nature-based learning, movement, and intercultural dialogue.
Hosted in the peaceful mountain town of Krushevo, this seminar offers a unique blend of theory, self-reflection, and hands-on practice through outdoor and non-formal learning activities. Participants will experience well-being practices themselves and learn how to adapt these tools to their daily work with young people.
