Building on a multidisciplinary and collaborative-participatory approach to youth work and network-capacity building by drawing on multiple methods from the fields of digital literacy (AI), mental health, and sustainable (green) practices to engage participants in innovative, collaborative teamwork. In regard to the learning activities, they follow a learning-by-doing strategy and include both non-formal and informal learning-methods to let participants learn in participatory and creative ways, including exploration, mutual knowledge-sharing, and hands-on work with practical and real life-scenario cases.
With this combination of themes and activities, participants will gain multidisciplinary knowledge and skills for establishing their own innovative “Mental-Green-AI Network” for ESC and Youth Mobilities at the end of the seminar. This network - and the overall approach behind it - can help the ESC coordinators in their future work, ensuring long-term quality in their youth work, and improving the capacities of their future partnerships. Ultimately, it can inspire others to lead the way for a more inclusive, sustainable, and innovative youth sector for all.
