A significant dissemination activity took place during the "Mental Health & Nature" project held in North Macedonia. As part of the Erasmus+ program, a comprehensive presentation of the "VoluMent" project, carried out by the S&G, was shared with international participants.
VoluMent Presentation to Participants from 10 Countries While 26 participants from 10 different countries—including Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria, Albania, Türkiye Montenegro, Georgia, North Macedonia, and Slovenia—focused on the relationship between mental health and nature, they also gained detailed insight into the objectives and outputs of S&G’s VoluMent project.
Strong Message of Cooperation from Coordinators During the dissemination phase of the project, the contact person and legal representative Gürkan Akçaer, together with the International Mobility Coordinator Hamza Yüksel, provided information regarding the VoluMent project’s impact on healthy living, spirituality, and specifically mental health. The presentation emphasized the common ground of "spiritual well-being" shared by both projects and highlighted the importance of synergy between Erasmus+ initiatives.
Knowledge Sharing and Future Vision Through the informative sessions conducted during the seminar, the methodology and healthy lifestyle practices of the VoluMent project were opened for discussion on an international platform. This exchange allowed youth workers and volunteers from various countries the opportunity to carry S&G’s best practices back to their local communities.
