S&G Completes TCA-NET Needs and Impact Analysis Workshop with Active Participation

As System & Generation (S&G), we completed the Needs and Impact Analysis Workshop organized within the scope of TCA-NET by actively participating in the workshop process. Throughout the workshop and sessions held during the workshop, we shared our field experiences and institutional expertise in the field of youth with the participants.

The program addressed potential obstacles encountered in youth work and methods for overcoming them. These challenges were discussed in a solution-oriented manner with representatives from other civil society organizations and public institutions, developing different approaches for preventing these obstacles in the future. During this process, assessments were made to produce sustainable solutions based on collective wisdom and cooperation.

The workshop also emphasized that non-formal education offers a learning process and environment that is at least as effective as formal education, and this approach was reinforced with colleagues. Strengthening the role of non-formal education in youth work and increasing its visibility were among the prominent topics.

The needs for future TCA activities and workshops were expressed through question-and-answer sessions and workshops with National Agency officials. Participants shared their suggestions for planning more targeted and impactful activities in the field of youth.
