Angela says:
As a former Erasmus+ volunteer at System and Generation, this organization has played a
major role in my life. It was one of the main reasons I stayed in Turkiye for so many years and
had the opportunity to grow, learn, and develop both personally and professionally.

After eight years, I had the chance to return—not as a volunteer (because once a volunteer,
always a volunteer), but to reconnect and talk about future possibilities. Today, I work with
Çağrı Language School, where we focus on speaking skills, communication, and cultural
exchange. I’m very happy to share that we are now discussing a new collaboration through
Erasmus+.
Our aim is to broaden this collaboration and make it more social and community-oriented.
We talked about involving international volunteers in our speaking classes, creating
collaborative cultural and educational projects, enriching cultural exchange, and building
meaningful experiences together.
We are also exploring projects that would allow Turkish participants who speak foreign
languages to go abroad through Erasmus+, while welcoming volunteers from different
countries to Çağrı Language School for various activities, workshops, and collaborative
initiatives.
This truly feels like a full-circle moment. I’m grateful for the impact Erasmus+ and System
and Generation have had on my journey, and I’m excited about the meaningful projects we
can build together in this new chapter.
