System & Generation Participated in the National Agency On Arrival Training in Türkiye

✨ On Arrival Training ✨

System & Generation (S&G) ESC (European Solidarity Corps) volunteers successfully participated in the On Arrival Training organized by the Türkiye National Agency. This training played a key role in supporting volunteers at the beginning of their volunteering journey, helping them develop both personally and culturally. 🌍

📌 During the training, S&G volunteers:

  • Received detailed information about the ESC program, the volunteering process, and their rights and responsibilities,

  • Learned how to benefit from their rights during the volunteering period, including insurance and support mechanisms,

  • Explored intercultural learning, Turkish culture, and shared experiences from different cities,

  • Developed skills in problem-solving, crisis management, and learned about the Youthpass process,

  • Gained a clearer understanding of how to plan, implement, and develop their own projects within the ESC framework.

Throughout the training, volunteers not only strengthened their knowledge but also had the opportunity to exchange experiences with volunteers from different cities, build strong friendships, and create unforgettable memories.
