The Ankara Painting and Sculpture Museum, established in 1980, is dedicated to Turkish visual arts, focusing on modern and contemporary works. Today we both visited Etnografya and Resim Heykel Museum. In Resim Heykel Museum there are a lot of paintings sculptures explains modern and historical art. Especially historical arts includes end of the Ottoman Empire and Independence War of Turkey periods. There is also had Pablo Picasso exhibition area we are really impressed that. According to my observaiton, Today's trip was more meaningful than the ones I've traveled before. Because telling the our history and works to our volunteers, It helped me both improve myself and introduce my own country. This is wonderful experience.

The visit to both museums was very enriching as we were not only able to learn more about Ottoman history and culture, but also to admire numerous paintings that reflect the historical and cultural richness of Turkey. In addition, we were able to see works of art by artists from my own country, which was very interesting and refreshing. Without a doubt, it is a 100% recommendable visit.

Today it was really informative and interesting to visit the Museum of Painting and Sculpture and the Ethnographic Museum. In particular, I found the part dedicated to Pablo Piacasso and many artists I did not know before very interesting.

We visited the Ethnography and Painting-Sculpture Museums in Ankara with our volunteer friends. We explored various historical artifacts and had the opportunity to closely examine famous artworks. This experience allowed us to share the beauty of Ankara with our foreign friends and create wonderful memories together.

It was interesting form me because it was the first time I visited museums about ottoman history. Moreover, paintings we saw in the Painting and Sculpture Museum were very different from what I’m used to see in European museums. It was enriching discoveries!

I loved that I had the opportunity to explore turkish culture. Art is a very important part of my life and getting to know some turkish artists was an enriching experience. The etnography museum was also interesting, since it introduced me to a lot of turkish history and culture throughout the years.
