This is the second training course of the project and precedes the next two youth
exchanges, which will take place in Italy and then Bulgaria in April 2026 and the
event in France bringing together all participants in July 2026
The aim of the 13 partner organisations is to strengthen the quality of the
partnership based on:
- The implementation of a common quality assurance system within the
consortium, with shared tools for monitoring learning, assessments and participant
protection.
- The development of a collaborative digital platform to pool resources, ensure the
visibility of results, and encourage the continued participation of young people
after their mobility period.
- The creation of a common evaluation framework among partners, strengthening
the overall coherence of the project and facilitating the comparison of results from
one year to the next.
- The organisation of the next two youth exchanges and the event in July 2026.
This training course is intended for youth professionals and those who wish to
become youth leaders and managers; however, given the stated objectives, we
expect participants (2 to 3 per organisation) to be actively involved in the
partnership.
