Through this training course, participants will explore the concept of digital citizenship, enhance their digital literacy, and develop non-formal education activities to engage and educate young people on digital citizenship issues. The objectives of the training course are: Understand the concept and importance of digital citizenship in contemporary society. Reflect on the evolving role of youth workers in the digital age. Enhance their digital literacy skills, including the ability to critically evaluate digital content. Gain a better understanding of various media platforms and their impact. Cultivate critical thinking skills and apply them in analyzing digital information. - Develop creative and engaging non-formal education activities related to digital citizenship for young people. Explore the potential of civic tech as a tool for addressing digital citizenship issues. - Build partnership for future projects based on the requirements of Erasmus+ programme. The methodology of the training course: Our project will employ a dynamic and participant-centred non-formal learning methodology that encourages active engagement, critical thinking, and practical application of digital citizenship concepts. Experienced international trainers will facilitate the learning process, ensuring a rich and diverse learning experience for youth workers.
