We attended the "Well prepared volunteers" seminar as a Turkish delegation between 02-06 October 2023. Seminar, Finland's. Villa Elba, a very successful and experienced youth center in the city of Kolkola, took place. Experienced participants from 16 countries took part in the project. For 1 week, we shared our knowledge and good practices about the ESC program, as well as refreshing our knowledge on volunteering, inclusion and support, while feeling at home thanks to the warm hosts of Villa Elba. We both shared new cooperation ideas among ourselves and met with the managers of the youth centers in Kokkol and talked about their horizon ideas and collaborations on the spot.
