System and Generation is looking for ONE youngster to join the Training Course to be held in Kokkola, Filnand between 27th January till 2nd of February 2020.
The TC will bring together youngsters and Youth workers from 16 different countries to discuss and exchange ideas on the given topic.
As working methods will be used theoretical inputs, discussions, practical exercises and role-plays relaying on participants active participation. Participants are expected to have sufficient English skills to participate in such workshops.
This training course aims to:
- to deepen the participants skills and competences in leadership
- offer ideas how to support youth in international projects
- offer a space for exchange of ideas, expertise and good practices
