The project is promoted by "Active Youth" Association from UK. 
The project "Youth&Art for Human Rights" will be held in Bansko, a town in southwestern Bulgaria, located at the foot of the Pirin Mountains. It is a popular ski resort. The mountain peaks near the town, the numerous lakes and the old pine woods make it a popular site for recreation.  

Main objectives of the project:
- To raise awareness among youth about hate speech and hate crimes as a human rights violation.
- To encourage positive attitudes, solidarity and tolerance for refugees and migrants
- To introduce possible non-violent ways to counter hate speech and to provide channels for reporting hate speech online
-To encourage media literacy, analytical and critical thinking
- To introduce The NO hate speech movement as a way for youth to get engaged in human rights protection
- To present art/ graffiti and storytelling/ as an effective non-violent tool to tackle human rights violation and hate speech
- To Stimulate the active engagement of young people by encouraging them to be become ambassadors of human rights protection
